Jobanji Terms of Service

  • Version: 2026-10-24
  • Date: 24 October 2026
  • Status: In force from Jobanji's launch.

These Terms are the contract between you and Jobanji. Please read them before you subscribe. The Privacy Notice explains how we handle your personal data.

1. Who we are

Jobanji is supplied by:

  • Supplier: Jobanji's founder, an individual based in the United Arab Emirates. Jobanji is not a company. We send you the founder's full name and postal address on request, by email.
  • Email: support@jobanji.app
  • Complaints: complaints@jobanji.app, or the complaints form in your dashboard (section 23)
  • Privacy questions: privacy@jobanji.app
  • Commercial registration, licence and tax numbers: none. Jobanji is supplied by an individual, not a registered business. Paddle, which sells the subscription (section 2), charges and pays any VAT.
  • Website: <https://jobanji.app>

In these Terms, "Jobanji", "we" and "us" mean the supplier named above. "You" and "Customer" mean the person who signs up for Jobanji.

2. Paddle sells the subscription

  • Paddle is the merchant of record for every Jobanji subscription. It sells the subscription to you, takes your payment, charges any VAT and sends your receipt. The receipt is your invoice. Your card statement shows Paddle.
  • When you pay, you also accept Paddle's Buyer Terms (<https://www.paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms>) and Refund Policy (<https://www.paddle.com/legal/refund-policy>).
  • Jobanji supplies the service itself.
  • Where these Terms and Paddle's terms both give you something, you get the one that is better for you.

3. Words we use

  • Posting: one job opening we found at an Employer's careers page or a job board.
  • Employer: the company a Posting is for.
  • Application: what we prepare and send for you to apply for a Posting.
  • Profile: what we know about you: your Facts, target markets and roles, level, Application Details and preferences.
  • Fact: one claim about you that you confirmed, such as a role, a skill, a degree or an achievement.
  • Application Details: the standard answers that forms ask for, such as your location, visa status, right to work, notice period and expected salary.
  • Document: anything we write for you: a CV, cover letter, Answer to a form question, or Outreach email.
  • Outreach: an email sent from your Gmail to a company that has no suitable Posting, with follow-ups.
  • Contact: a company email address we can send Outreach to.
  • Match Score: how well a Posting fits you, from 0 to 100.
  • Plan: what you pay for: one market (UAE or Egypt) and a billing period (monthly or every 3 months).
  • Preview: the free stage before you pay.

4. What Jobanji does

4.1 Preview (free)

  • You can sign up without a card.
  • We build your Profile with you. You approve it and one sample CV. Then you see your top matched Postings and why they match.
  • In Preview, nothing is submitted and no Outreach is sent.
  • Preview has a usage limit. When it is reached, we stop generating and ask you to subscribe.

4.2 What a paid Plan adds

While your Plan is active, Jobanji:

1. Finds Postings for you. Every day we check new Postings in your markets against your Profile and give each a Match Score.

2. Applies for you automatically, within a daily limit you can see:

  • UAE Plans: up to 10 automatic applications a day;
  • Egypt Plans: up to 5 automatic applications a day.

3. Writes tailored Documents for each Application: a CV, a cover letter where the form takes one, and Answers to form questions. They are in English, and in Arabic once our Arabic writing passes its quality checks. You can turn cover letters off in Settings.

4. Sends Outreach from your Gmail to companies that hire for your role but have no suitable Posting (section 7).

5. Files your job mail in Gmail under Jobanji labels: Proceeding, Applied, Rejected, Outreach (with Outreach/Bounced) and Codes. Rejections and bounced emails are marked read and moved out of your inbox.

6. Keeps you informed in your dashboard and on Telegram, if you link it: Postings to review, what was applied, interview invitations and payment problems.

4.3 How Applications are submitted

  • Through our browser extension. With your consent, the Jobanji Chrome extension submits your Applications in a background tab while Chrome is open. It works one Application at a time, at a human pace. If you don't use Chrome for a while, Applications wait, and we tell you how many are waiting.
  • From our servers, only on application sites where our tests showed no security challenge.
  • When a site asks for a check, such as a CAPTCHA, we stop. The Application waits in the extension's side panel for you. We never try to solve or get around these checks.
  • On job boards (for example LinkedIn, Indeed, Bayt, Wuzzuf, GulfTalent): we fill the form in your browser, and you press Submit. Each board has its own lower daily limit. We never submit on a job board for you, because their rules forbid it and your account there matters.
  • Government competitions and offline Postings are never applied to automatically. We alert you and tell you what is needed.

4.4 The usage budget

Each Plan includes a monthly budget for the AI processing we do for you. If you use all of it before your period ends, automatic sending pauses until your next renewal. New matches then come to you to approve, and we tailor an Application when you approve it. We tell you plainly when this happens.

5. What Jobanji does not promise

  • We do not guarantee interviews, job offers or a job. Employers decide whom to interview and hire. We don't control them.
  • We can't promise that a given number of Postings will match you. That depends on what Employers publish.
  • Employers' sites change. Some Applications may not go through and will wait for you, as section 4.3 explains.
  • These limits don't reduce what section 13 gives you or your rights under the law (section 22).

6. Applications sent on your behalf

  • Jobanji prepares and sends Applications automatically, in your name, without asking you each time. You agree to this when you subscribe. It is how the service works.
  • Every sentence comes from your Facts. Each sentence in a Document must trace to a Fact you confirmed, or to the Posting itself. A checker tests every sentence before anything is sent. If a sentence can't be supported, it is rewritten or dropped. If a Document needs a fact you haven't given, we ask you once and nothing is sent until you answer.
  • When we submit automatically. Only when all of these hold:
  • the Match Score is 80 or more;
  • you meet every must-have requirement we can see;
  • there is no doubt about your eligibility, such as nationality or right to work;
  • your daily limit isn't reached.

Postings with a lower score or any doubt come to you to approve or skip.

  • You stay in control:
  • You can switch to always review, so nothing is sent without your approval.
  • You can skip Postings and say why. Your reasons become rules you can see and edit.
  • You can turn cover letters off, or edit one for a Posting.
  • Your dashboard lists every Application and Outreach email we sent, with its Documents.
  • Sent Applications can't be recalled. Once an Employer has received an Application, it keeps it under its own rules.
  • Ask for a human review. If you disagree with an automated decision, for example an Application we sent or a Posting we didn't show you, write to privacy@jobanji.app or use the complaints form in your dashboard. Say which decision you mean. A person at Jobanji will review it and reply within 5 working days.

7. Your Gmail and Outreach

  • You connect Gmail through Composio, a service that holds the connection for us. Google's consent screen shows Composio's name. We never ask for or store your Gmail password.
  • Outreach is sent from your Gmail, in your name, in plain text. Each email ends with a one-line opt-out.
  • Limits:
  • up to 5 new Outreach emails a day, on weekdays;
  • up to 10 follow-ups a day;
  • at most one first email to each company.
  • Follow-ups continue until you stop them. They go out 7, 14, 28 and 42 days after the first email, and then every 30 days. Each one must add something new.
  • A thread stops at once when the Contact replies, the email bounces, or the Contact opts out. A Contact who opts out goes on your do-not-contact list.
  • Once a month, Telegram lists your long-unanswered threads with Stop and Keep buttons. You can also stop any thread from your dashboard.
  • Your Outreach pauses after 2 bounces in 7 days, to protect your Gmail account.
  • Inbox filing: we read only the headers of new mail to spot job mail. We read the body only of job mail. We add and remove only Jobanji's own labels, and we never delete mail. Rejections are the one exception to leaving mail where it is: we mark them read and take them out of your inbox, so you don't have to read them. They stay in Gmail under Jobanji/Rejected.

8. Optional permissions

You choose each of these separately. You can turn each off later.

  • Background submission by the extension (section 4.3).
  • Employer accounts. Some Employer sites need an applicant account. We can create one in your name and email, with a random password that only you and our submission system can see. You can see the list of accounts and their passwords in your dashboard.
  • Verification emails. Some Employer sites send a one-time code by email. We can read that code from your Gmail and use it once, only for an Application we just started.
  • Email applications for Postings that ask you to apply by email.
  • Government competitions in Egypt, with the extra details they check.

If you say no, the Applications that need that permission wait for you to finish them.

9. Your responsibilities

You agree to:

  • give true and current information, and confirm only Facts that are true;
  • correct your Profile when something changes;
  • use Jobanji only for your own job search;
  • not use Jobanji to harass, mislead or abuse Employers or Contacts, or to send them anything unlawful;
  • keep your email and Telegram accounts secure, and not share your Jobanji account;
  • follow the rules of the job boards where you press Submit.

You must be at least 18 years old to subscribe.

10. Plans and prices

| Market | Plan | Price (VAT included) |

| --- | --- | --- |

| UAE | Monthly | USD 35 a month |

| UAE | 3 months | USD 81 every 3 months |

| Egypt | Monthly | USD 15 a month |

| Egypt | 3 months | USD 36 every 3 months |

  • Your market is set by the country you check out from.
  • Prices are in US dollars. The price shown at checkout, with VAT and every charge included, is the price you pay. Your bank may charge its own fees for paying in dollars.
  • There are no other charges from Jobanji.

11. Billing and automatic renewal

  • Your Plan renews automatically every month or every 3 months, until you cancel. Paddle charges the same payment method at each renewal.
  • Before you pay, the subscribe page shows this line: "Payments are not refunded, except where the law requires a refund. Cancelling stops renewal at the end of the paid period."
  • Right after checkout, Paddle emails your receipt, with your Plan and price. These Terms stay at <https://jobanji.app/terms>, and we send you any earlier version on request.
  • Changing your Plan. You can switch between the monthly and the 3-month Plan in the billing portal. Paddle adjusts the charge for the time left. You can also use this to correct your order within 7 working days of buying.

12. Free trial

  • We sometimes offer a free trial on a first subscription, for a limited time. Whether there is one, and how long it lasts, is shown on the subscribe button and at checkout before you pay.
  • You add a card at the start, but you pay nothing during the trial. Paddle charges the first payment when the trial ends.
  • To pay nothing, cancel before the trial ends, in the billing portal or by email (section 1). The service then stops when the trial ends.
  • During the trial you get the full paid service.
  • One trial per Customer. If you have had a subscription before, there is no trial.

13. When the service fails

If sending (Applications and Outreach) stops for 3 or more consecutive days for a reason on Jobanji's side, we add the same number of days to your paid period.

This doesn't cover days when your Plan is paused (section 16) or past due (section 17). To claim it, write to us (section 23). We may also do it ourselves without being asked.

14. No refunds

Payments are not refunded, except where the law requires a refund. This includes the rest of a period after you cancel. If you have a refund right under the law of the country where you live, Paddle applies it under its Refund Policy (section 2).

15. Cancelling

  • You can cancel at any time from your dashboard, which opens Paddle's billing portal.
  • Cancelling takes effect at the end of the period you paid for. The service continues until then.
  • You can undo the cancellation before that date.
  • During a free trial, cancelling means you are never charged (section 12).
  • After the period ends: sending stops. Your account stays, with your Profile and history readable, so you can return with a new checkout.

16. Pausing

  • You can pause your Plan from your dashboard or Telegram for up to 3 months.
  • While paused, you are not charged and nothing is sent. You can still read your Profile, Postings and history.
  • You can resume yourself, or it resumes on the date you chose.

17. Failed payments (past due)

  • If a renewal payment fails, Paddle tries again several times over about 30 days.
  • We email you, and message you on Telegram, with a link to update your payment. We do this at the first failure and about a week before the last try.
  • Until payment succeeds, sending pauses. You keep read access and can export your data.
  • Sending restarts by itself when payment succeeds.
  • The days without sending don't extend your paid period.
  • If the last try fails, the subscription is cancelled. Your account stays, as after any cancellation (section 15).

18. Price changes

  • We give you at least 30 days' notice of a price change, by email and on Telegram.
  • A new price applies only from your next renewal after the notice period.
  • You can cancel before it applies.

19. Changes to the service

  • We may improve Jobanji, or add features.
  • We change or remove a feature in a way that is worse for you only when we must, for a reason beyond our control, such as a law, a provider ending a service, or a site blocking automated applications. We tell you in advance by email and on Telegram.
  • Nothing in this section reduces what section 13 gives you or your rights under the law (section 22).

20. When we may suspend or close your account

  • We may suspend or close your account only if you break these Terms, for example by giving false information or abusing Employers or Contacts.
  • Before we do, we tell you in writing which rule you broke. Where the problem can be fixed, we give you at least 7 days to fix it.
  • If we close your account, you can still export your data, and you keep any refund the law gives you.
  • You have the same right to end the contract: you can cancel at any time (section 15).

21. Your data, export and deletion

  • The Privacy Notice explains what data we use and why.
  • Export: at any time, you can download your Profile, Facts, Documents and Application history from your dashboard (JSON plus files).
  • Deletion: you can ask us to delete your account at any time.

1. We lock your account at once and cancel any active subscription.

2. Within 30 days, we destroy your encryption key and delete your data. Backups are gone within 30 days.

3. Emails and Applications already sent can't be recalled. Employers and Contacts keep what they received under their own rules.

4. Employer applicant accounts we created for you stay on those Employers' sites. Before you delete, you can see them and their passwords in your dashboard, so you can sign in and close them.

  • Inactive accounts: if your Plan has ended and your account is unused for 12 months, we delete it. We warn you 30 days before.

22. Your statutory rights

  • Nothing in these Terms removes or limits any right or compensation the law gives you as a consumer.
  • If a term here is void under the law, the rest of the Terms still apply.
  • Where the law allows a limit, our total liability to you is limited to what you paid for Jobanji in the 12 months before the claim. This limit doesn't apply to harm caused by our fraud or gross negligence, or where the law doesn't allow it.

23. Complaints

  • Email: complaints@jobanji.app. This address is permanent.
  • Form: the complaints form in your dashboard.
  • We give each complaint a reference number, so you can follow it.
  • We answer within 5 working days.
  • You can rate Jobanji and leave feedback by email at support@jobanji.app.

24. Disputes

  • There is no arbitration clause. You can always go to the courts and authorities of the country where you live.
  • Consumer authorities:
  • Egypt: the Consumer Protection Agency (جهاز حماية المستهلك).
  • UAE: the Ministry of Economy and Tourism, or the economic department of your emirate.
  • Governing law: the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Whatever the governing law, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live.

25. Changes to these Terms

  • Each version of these Terms has a version number and a date.
  • We tell you about any change by email and on Telegram before it applies.
  • A change that is worse for you applies only from your next renewal, at least 30 days after we tell you. You can cancel before it applies.

26. Language

These Terms are published in Arabic and English. Both versions are binding; where they differ, the one more favourable to the Customer applies.
